Gustavo Okada

I have degrees in Science and Technology and Management Engineering, both from Universidade Federal do ABC. I did a post-graduation in Data Science from USP.

I enjoy doing aerobic exercises daily. I am immensely fond of books, travels and being in contact with nature.

At WE, I strive to always perform a high-quality and timeless work, combining commitment to teamwork.

Carolina Falzoni

Before anything else, I am curious and passionate about life and my children, about absolutely everything they bring me - highs and lows.

For me, investing has always been the balance between reading a lot, listening to intuition, having discipline and patience - a professional love at first sight. Something I discovered when I was still a student-worker at Fundo Verde in 2003.

WE is all that combined. Here, I am responsible for managing our portfolios and for always bringing us a pinch of newness.

Luiz Severiano

I began my career in 2002, at Itaú Unibanco. I worked there for 19 years, becoming Global Head of Itaú Private Banking. In addition, I was part of the bank's Partners Program.

I am a Business Administration graduate from PUC-RJ, and studied Leadership at Harvard University and The Wharton School. In my spare time, I try to be with my family, go to Maracanã arena in my hometown to watch Flamengo matches, and play tennis, sport I have practiced since I was a child.

At WE, I'm the partner responsible for our executive committee.

Carlos Albertotti

I've lived most of my life outside Brazil - it was 17 years in the US - between college, Goldman Sachs and Itaú -, and 10 years in Switzerland, at Goldman Sachs. The 24 years of my professional life have always been dedicated to helping Brazilian families invest their assets. I graduated from Susquehanna University (EUA) in finance and received my CFA charter in 2004.

At WE, I am one of the partners focused on clients and offshore investments. I spend most of my free time with my family, in addition to being an enthusiast of themes related to health and longevity.

Sergio Doria

I graduated in Business Administration from FAAP, and I am CFP-certified. I started my career at Hedging-Griffo in 2004, later Credit Suisse Hedging-Griffo, where I spent 11 years. In 2015, I went to Itaú Private, working in the Ultra-High Client segment in the 6 first years and later at Itaú Family Office.

At WE, I am one of the partners fully dedicated to caring for and serving the Families. In my free time, I really enjoy being with my family and friends, as well as playing tennis.

Oskar Treuenfels

I graduated in Business Administration from Insper and I am certified by CFP and CAIA. I started my career at Hedging-Griffo in 2006, where I worked for 12 years in São Paulo, with a passage at Credit Suisse New York. In 2018 I went to Itaú Private, where I worked for 3 years in the Ultra-High Client segment. 

I am a great enthusiast of Brazil, and I see in WE the sum of all I like to do, the way I believe it, in a country that still has a lot to develop.

At WE, I am one of the partners in charge of caring for and serving the Families.

Dan Kawa

I started my career at GAP Asset Management in 2003, and later worked at ARX Investimentos, FLAG Asset Management (now Novus Capital), Icatu Vanguarda, and TAG Investimentos. Throughout these experiences, I worked as a trader, manager, portfolio manager, and allocator, which provided me with a broad perspective of the investment universe.

I hold a degree in economics from PUC-RJ. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, listening to podcasts, running, and watching good movies and TV series. At WE, I am one of the partners in the investment team.

Leonardo Real

I started my career at the São Paulo State Court of Justice, but my passion for Finance and Economics brought me to the financial market. I joined Itaú Private Bank in 2014, where I worked for 7 years as a Wealth Planner before spending 2 years as a Private Banker. I graduated in Law from Mackenzie, and I am a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®). For me, numbers are not just figures, but also reflect history, pride, and legacy. At WE, I am one of the partners dedicated to caring for and serving families, both from a financial and Wealth Planning perspective.

In my free time, I enjoy doing sports and seeking good winds for kite surfing.

Brenno Fernandes

My professional journey began in 2003, when I joined Reliance as a student-worker. Reliance is a pioneering Wealth Management company and one of the first Multi Family Offices in Brazil. I made partner in 2016 and, after the company was sold to the Julius Baer Group, I joined the commercial team at Julius Baer Family Office. I have a degree in Business Administration from EAESP-FGV, and earned my CFA Charter in 2011.

I devote my free time to my family and hobbies such as music, art, and culture in general. At WE, I am one of the partners dedicated to caring for and serving families.

Ana Takahashi

An Accounting Science graduate from FEA-USP and with a post-graduation in Finance from Insper, in the Wealth Management world I have worked in the Operations and Compliance areas. At WE, I am the partner responsible for the Operations team, which I regard as the heart of the company (as it takes in requests from all areas and pumps out information and solutions).

I am passionate about my family, my friends and my dogs. Despite my Japanese ancestry, I had a Nipponese-Italian upbringing, which makes me speak and gesticulate more than a true Asian.

Bruna Bispo

I graduated in Administration from Unesp, with research in Paraconscious Turing Machines. I worked at Coca-Femsa's finance area, with a focus on improving processes and automation, and then I went to XP Inc's operations area. At WE, I am responsible for structural improvements, focusing on automations.

I practiced Kenjutsu for several years. Even away from the training, I carry the samurai vow within myself; how to become better every day. I really prize mental and physical health, and I am currently training and competing for Awen Futebol 7.

Caio de Carvalho Puglia

I graduated in Production Engineering from USP's Escola Politécnica in 2018. I started working with Equity and Credit Research and, later, as an analyst in the Real-Estate fund management area.

I am very curious and analytical, and I love learning new things. For leisure, nothing can beat the combination of movies + series + hours deepening my knowledge of random subjects.

At WE, I am part of the investment team and one of the professionals in charge of Private Credit, Real Estate and Alternative Investments.

Cristiano Inocencio

A music and soccer fan, I was a symphonic percussionist for my competence and a goalkeeper for my insistence. In my spare time, I suffer with my team and make comments about other people's teams.

At WE, I am in Operations, in charge of the daily reconciliation of positions and the profitability of investments.

Débora Oliveira

I am a self-confessed geek, a fan of electronic games and music. I read a lot, from Edgar Allan Poe to Monteiro Lobato. I play piano decently and have published a book chapter. I graduated in business administration from Unesp.

At WE, I am responsible for taking care of and serving the Families.

Fabio Davi

I love sports: before WE, I was a professional American football player in Brazil. After getting to know the financial market, I fell in love and strived to deepen my knowledge in the area.

My responsibility at WE is to check and calculate the profitability of the funds we manage.

Gabriel Reis

Graduated in Economic Sciences from ESAGS (FGV), my career has been dedicated to the area of operations, moving between investment funds and Wealth Management.

My family is my foundation; my free time will always be dedicated to them and to having good laughs with my friends.

At WE, I am in Operations, in charge of the daily reconciliation of our investment funds, ensuring the best flow of information and operational support to our investment area.

Katarzyna Senise

I am a recovering nomadic soul. Born in Poland, but attracted to the unknown, I have always felt the happiest on the road, with a pack on my back. In 2013, delighted by the Brazilian warmth, I decided to grow roots here.

I have a master's degree in international financial markets from SGH Warsaw School of Economics. In Brazil, I joined the Wealth Management world at UBS Consenso, where I worked for 4 years.

At WE, I am part of the team in charge of caring for and serving the Families.

Márcia Barbosa

I graduated in Accounting Sciences from Faculdade de Ciências Administrativas e Contábeis Costa Braga-FCB. I did project financial management at Faculdade de Arquitetura e Urbanismo- FAU, started my professional career as a director's assistant, and currently work in the administrative and finance areas.

I really enjoy reading, dancing and studying foreign languages. "I believe when we learn to truly know and accept ourselves, we are capable of understanding others".

Matheus Prestes

I am innately curious, and that enabled me, as an environmental engineer, to find my way into the financial market. I was born in the interior of the state of São Paulo, but I have lived in 7 cities and 3 countries over the last decade. I am passionate about traveling and experiencing different cultures. I graduated from UTFPR and obtained a master's degree in Environmental Technology from IPB (Instituto Politécnico de Bragança, in Portugal). Previously, I had been a trainee at Santander, where I chose Private Banking as my final area, and stayed for 3 years.

At WE, I am part of the Family Office team.

Mayra Silva

I have a degree in Accounting from FEA-USP, and I began my career as a student-worker at Itaú. Later on, I worked for 8 years at Pragma Gestão de Patrimônio, and 5 years at UBS Consenso.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and my two cats, watching TV series, and taking dance classes.

At WE, I am in the Operations team, where I am in charge of the operationalization of offshore transactions.

Nicholas Gaal

I graduated in Administration from Insper. I started my career in Private Equity and then went to M Square to work in the international investment team. Investments, in all forms, fascinate me.

Despite not very tall, I played competitive basketball for 10 years. In my free time, I enjoy playing different sports and spending time with family and friends.

At WE, I am part of the investment team.

Pedro Henrique

I will soon graduate in Economics from UAM. I started my career as an intern at UBS Consenso in the Operations Wealth Management area in 2019, and later became an analyst in the Bank's custody area. I am very curious and ever seeking to learn new things. I have always been passionate about outdoor sports, traveling/exploring new places to go trekking and camping. Additionally, I spend most of my free time with my family and caring for my cats.

At WE, I am responsible for the daily reconciliation of Onshore and Offshore positions in our clients' portfolios.

Pedro Nepomuceno

I started my career in the financial market developing systems and automations. I graduated in Computing Science from IME-USP. Right now, I am doing their master's program in Computing Science, with a minor on software systems. Lately, I have had gastronomy as a hobby. When I am not dedicating to my work or studies, I enjoy trying new dishes and learning how to make them.

At WE, I work in the operations team, with a focus on developing automations and optimizations to our processes.

Renan Maldonado

I graduated in mechanical engineering from USP's Escola Politécnica. I started my career at Banco Safra, where I worked in the Asset Management and Family Office areas. Today, at WE, I am an analyst in the investment team, in the analysis and selection of offshore assets.

I am an American football enthusiast and live a very simple life. Traveling to know different places will always be in my bucket list, but what matters most is that it is in great company!

Silvana Venancio

I come from the Wealth Management area at Banco UBS Consenso, where I was a member of the operations team. I hold a degree in Information Technology from Universidade São Marcos and a postgraduate degree in the financial market from FMU.

My children are my passion, and I dedicate my free time to them and my family.

At WE, I am responsible for the daily reconciliation of Offshore positions for our clients.

Victor Ziemba

I am a Business Administration student at USP. Originally from Ribeirão Preto, I started my career at FG/A in the Corporate Finance area, working with various sugarcane mills. Over time, the contacts I had in the Financial Market were enough to spark an immense interest, and I decided to pursue a career in this field. 

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Additionally, I am a big sports enthusiast - especially soccer and American football. At WE, I am a part of the team in charge of taking care of and serving the Families.

Vinícius Dianni

Graduated in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic School of USP, I worked at the alternative asset manager Patria Investimentos and at the multi-family office Tera Capital. I hold the CGA/CGE certifications from Anbima, the international risk certification FRM, and I am a CFA charterholder.

At WE, I work in the investment team and am one of the responsible for managing clients' portfolios and selecting liquid managers for the local and offshore portfolio.

In my free time, I enjoy following various sports and eating good food surrounded by people I love. I am happy when I can watch Corinthians' games with my father and have long conversations about life with my mother.
